Blouse: I had a heck of a time trying to find something remotely resembling her shirt but failed. I apologize but this shirt almost comes close and has the pleating in the front like Kim's in the picture:

Skirt: Stretch Waistband Mini Skirt from Express for $49.50 (Also Express is having a buy one get one 50% off bottoms!).

Opaque Tights: Walmart for $5
Handbag: Nicole Hobo in Taupe from Shop Suey Boutique for $58 (I always recommend handbags from this website, hehe).

I absolutely adore everything about this outfit. She looks professional yet girly.
To go right into the evening take off the tights, trade in the shoes for a pair of black stilettos and trade in the handbag for a evening clutch in a bright color such as red or blue. I would also add some bling or jewelry as everyone else would say. Put on a multi- strand silver necklace and a cocktail ring and your set to go!
