My New Hat!

Last week and this weekend was great. First I landed a job! I am happy that I found one after searching for one for almost a month. Also the other job I have, (I just work from home) my boss had me come in and work at the store for a couple hours. She loved my outfit and had me try on this hat we sell. I immediately fell in love with it and it came home with me!

The feather detailing makes the gown unique and the sparkle adds a touch of glamor. It would be nice to see more jewelry though!

When I was a little girl I always wanted a red or blue sparkly dress. I obsessed over it but never got one (sadness). I am just loving the one she is wearing here. It's old Hollywood glamor!

Not mad about the color but I love the structure of the gown. She looks stunning and she should show off that fabulous figure of hers!

She looks adorable in this gown. A grown-up princess.

Mila Kunis

I am loving the chiffon and lace detailing. The pastel color looks gorgeous on her and she wears it well.

Dislikes:

Nicole Kidman

I don't know what it is about this dress I don't like. I don't really like her hair to start with and maybe the detailing at the hip got to me. Also she looks quite pale.

Scarlett Johanssen

I am just not a fan of this dress. I would of loved to see lace here and there but not all over. Also I am not too fond of the high neck detailing. Her hair just looks messy and not well "put together".

Helena Carter

Hmm....I don't know what to say about this one. The bottom half is OK but the hair and upper half of the dress doesn't appeal to me.

Reese Witherspoon

To me this mostly resembles a prom dress rather than a Oscar dress. Just my opinion.

I love this laid back style Ashely Greene is sporting here. This was listed under People Style Watch's grocery shopping style. This is perfect for grocery shopping. Though the heels are quite high, but I have to confess doing the same thing from time to time. They make the outfit sexy and fun!

She isn't sporting a handbag in the photo. Here are a couple I would wear with this outfit:

Subtle Faux Reptile Skin Handbag from Forever21 for $29.80. This would be a perfect option if you would like to throw on a beautiful bold colored necklace or accessory.

Helga Tote in Red from Shop Suey Boutique for $58. Bring some color into your outfit! This would definitely help with that. As with the one above I always choose a roomier bag when shopping! Always need something when out and about.

Willow Spring 2011 RTW Collection

I am loving this collection. This is also a new up and coming designer, named Kit Willow. There is a wonderful mix of every day and evening wear. I am also loving the shoes, it matches about every outfit. The asymmetric designs, gorgeous fabrics and patterns make the collection unique. I am excited to see what this designer has to bring in her future collections!

Tulle Spring 2011 Look Book

I am loving the mini dress with the leather jacket. Adds a bit of toughness to the femininity.

Very cute look, this look would look perfect on pear shapes.

I am loving printed dresses this upcoming spring/summer. They look so refreshing amongst all the cold weather right now!

I really want to get a light colored trench coat like this. It is definitely a change from the everyday black or camel colored trench coat.

A sweet innocent look. I really want this skirt- it is just adorable!

This outfit would be perfect for a day out in the park on a picnic!

This would be the perfect date night out outfit. Romantic and sexy! Pair with opaque tights and you will be sure to stay warm.


I discovered this website a long time ago but couldn't fit into anything. Now that I can maybe I will buy a piece or two to try the clothing out! This is quite adorable look book. Very romantic and vintage-y. I also really enjoy many of the other pieces on the website. There are many cute options to choose from! Right now they have free shipping with $100 purchase. Which isn't too bad if you are looking to buy a few pieces.

Polyvore Outfit of the Week- Bold Accessories

I am loving jewelry and lots of it lately. Especially watches. I am finding that accessories can really make an outfit pop. Can you believe those earrings up above are 22 grand? Yep, they are worth a car and then some! They are absolutely gorgeous and stunning. That eagle watch is quite unique and I have never came across a watch that looked like that! Lately I have been getting into watches. Something about the design and look of them make me want them when I see them. And I still use them to tell time (haha)!

Anyways, off topic. I am still searching for a job and sometimes it can be discouraging after all my hard work. I am asking all of you for a favor (or a form of networking) that if you hear or see any fashion job let me know! I am particularly looking for entry level jobs and I am willing to move out of state.
